Full Version: So, what about Warren's sentencing?
When Flora was on the Bill O Reilly show Bill got all worked up about this Judge Shumate having given other child sex offenders from CC light sentences. He said he'd raise a fuss with the Utah AG and Governor. So, if Shumate gives Warren a little love tap, think O'Reilly will make it a national scandal? Or, will it just be back to business as usual. If I were Shumate, I think I'd have to pass on the opportunity to suck up to Warren this time.

Have you read the latest news then? They want the judge to throw the verdict out. Basically, that just makes it into a mistrial and they start over; not likely to happen.
Posturing for an appeal is basically what it all amounts to, I think.
